I would be interested in this as well, there seem to be some bugs in the game that could be fixed. Plus, it's a little odd that both servers use the same forums.

there is a suport page but if u have bugs to report or coment on go to the bugs section of the forums as for both servers using the same forums they do that to keep all the info in one place it makes it easyer for both players and devs to find the stuff they need

There is no support page that I am aware of.
I was actually looking for one last week. Found one for the parent company, but so far no response. Admins used to log in and stay logged in, and would read msg's that way, but haven't seen one log in in a month or so to be honest.
