Harsh actions
If you are going to take such harsh actions it should be listed directly under the rules and not tucked away such that people have to search for it. I personally have also paid a lot of money that I never get back and this is the way you treat a good paying customer? You give them 0 warnings and your rule once again doesn't specifically state this that someone can be banned for one offense. If you are going to do this to people you should say that you will be banned for a first time offense. We took action to correct this and you still ban myself and all my roommates.

Once AGAIN, you were banned for willingly and deliberately breaking the rules that YOU AGREED TO upon joining DAW. Period. End of discussion.
