Can you please look into my account being banned. My roommates and I share a computer and we simply made a mistake and someone at your company banned all of us. I personally deleted an account and my roommate deleted a couple of his accounts once we realized what we had done. I am not a computer expert here so this is all very confusing to begin with. This seems like very harsh treatment for first time offense. This is no way to treat people. I could understand if I did again after being warned but to do it after a 1st time offense. Can you please at least respond to me? I just want to play as my character again. I spent a lot of time playing and I had a lot of friends that I played with.

As has been explained to you already, you were banned for multi-accounting which is against the rules and TOS that YOU agreed to upon joining.

it's not letting me in at all, tells me login is invalid tho have been logging in several times before.

trying to log in from work can it matter somehow?

Yeah, its not letting me log on either. The forum will let me log on, however. I have reset the password multiple times and it still doesn't work. I have checked my username using the email, and logged on using it, but it still says invalid login.

Check and make sure you don't have the caps lock key pressed and that your spellings are correct. Typos and caps lock key are the two most common reasons for this. I've tested it a few times myself today and have not been able to duplicate your problem unless I typo or have caps locks pushed.
